Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. It is better than someone with no brokerage experience.
The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.
Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker this new, the breadth is not narrow.
The Software
They offer: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after comparing.
FIX API is there for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be coming. That should be a good addition once it is live.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. So your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade does not.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.
Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says something about priorities.
Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
This is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. There are FCA-regulated options out there.
However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does inform your assessment.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade runs a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You deposit, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Review the fine print before funding.
